Southern DHB is responsible for planning, funding and providing all publicly funded health care services for the Southern district. They have hospitals within the Otago and Southland regions.

CHALLENGE
Southern District Health Board recently built an entire new ICU ward, and they needed Critical Care Nurses to fill it. Unfortunately, there were not enough nurses in New Zealand with the skills they needed, so they decided to look offshore.
SOLUTION
A big selling point for the campaign was the Otago lifestyle and “New Zealand adventure”. We proposed the concept of a Critical Move for a Critical Career and got started on creating a video and careers site around this idea.
