SLR/4Sight were growing at a rate faster than they could maintain, exacerbated by closed borders, as well as an increased awareness of our environment, and growing work from hospitals, schools, and commercial builds.
For them, recruitment had been organic over the last decade or so. And although their approach had gone well initially, it wasn't going to work forever. There was no set process, story, or structure. And there was further need for an increased profile to support candidate engagement.
SLR/4Sight's goal was to foster and attract the best talent to support clients and the environment, and the ask of us was to support from a media and attraction perspective as well as support with dedicated proactive sourcing efforts to bolster candidate pipelines.

A strategic recruitment marketing plan saw us building awareness and engagement with a mix of traditional, digital, PR, and social advertising. The campaign included sponsored articles and videos on news sites such as TVNZ and NZ Herald as well as programmatic display.
In addition to recruitment marketing, the dedicated recruiting team supported SLR/4Sight by completing Market Mapping activity. This allowed us to see the breadth of the recruitment challenge, market insights and where available talent was. We worked together with hiring teams to capitalise on proactive approaches to candidates.
